We carry out ex ante and ex post operations reviews concentrating on expenditure analysis and the achievement of Value for Money.
We understand the differences in the public sector and the drivers of change in that sector including for example the Strategic Management Framework and the Management Information Framework. We have examined projects and programmes by means of a post implementation review to establish how the delivery of the objectives had been managed in terms of time, scope and budget. Conformity to established policies, financial procedures and use of resources were also examined.
We have a well developed methodology for assessing economy, efficiency and effectiveness which together underlie Value for Money review. We bring to this work our experience gained as managers in our earlier careers including our consulting experience gained in areas such as the following:
