Michael Griffin, FCA, MBA, is a highly experienced financial and management consultant with a wide range of sectoral and functional experience. His experience includes consulting to public and private sector organisations providing interim management services and performance improvement strategies.
Michael founded Petrus Consulting in 1999 to provide executive recruitment, change management and performance improvement strategies to regulatory authorities and public and private sector bodies. He has worked extensively overseas where he specialises in training, capacity development and organisation development issues.
Prior to establishing Petrus Consulting, Michael worked in Deloitte for 19 years. In Deloitte he was Director of the Operations Consulting Division with responsibility for services in Financial Management, Operations and Strategic Services and Public Sector consultancy.
